Description

Machampane is located in Parque Nacional do Limpopo, the 1,1 million hectare Moçambique sector of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park, adjacent to Kruger National Park.

Machampane is an unfenced luxury bush camplocated on bank of Machampane River. It is a birding destination and a wilderness venue where you do not have to have a 4X4 to get to it.

There are 5 en-suite tents accommodating up to 10 people each with its own deck, with chairs and table, overlooking the water.

Guided wilderness walks are a feature at the tented camp. Nestled in a secluded forest where bird and wildlife abound, you set out on foot on early morning and late afternoon game walks embracing the waterholes in the pristine Limpopo transfrontier park.

All guests are seated together at one table for meals which are prepared and served from a tented kitchen.
